Synopsis: |
Peter Weir - director of "Dead Poets Society" and "Witness", this was last year's big comedy hit. Earthy Frenchman (Gerard Depardieu) and straight laced horticulturalist (Andie MacDowell) marry to enable him to get a job in New York and her a flat there. A highly amusing marriage of inconvenience which is a real pleasure to see. |
